Short and long tour options

Picnic trip to the Virala shelter

2.5 km · about 1 hour

An easy, short paddle along the mellow river Koskenjoki for the whole family, ending at a lakeside shelter for a picnic. The time estimate allows for a 15-minute picnic break.

Half-day river adventure

14 km · about 5 hours

Paddle a half-day round trip along river Räikäläjoki to lake Kernaalanjärvi and back. The time estimate allows for a 1-hour lunch break.

One-way day trip to Ahilammi

19 km · about 8 hours

A full-day one-way trip to Ahilammi for more experienced paddlers. Pickup and return to Taika Camping is available for an extra fee of €20. The time estimate allows for a total of 2 hours of breaks.

We rent touring and river kayaks as well as standard SUP boards. We can also arrange pickup or delivery of kayaks at Ahilammi or another nearby location for €20.
